Al Jazeera is reporting the reality in Ohio.
Crap like this makes me feel so embarrassed for our country.
Part of the embarrassment is that these fellow countrymen of mine are ignorant, racist and stupid. The first two judgements are obvious. The last is that they rail against the candidate who's platform will actually help them while sucking up to the Dick, er, John, that wants to keep making them slaves to the true elite.
The other part that embarrasses me is that we can not rely on the (corporate owned) media of this country to shine the light on these cockroaches. Instead, we are lucky to have a news organization that is based half-way around the world that can give us this duty.
The recent projections here are maybe a reason for optimism that some people in my country still have some sense. But, I'm not very HOPEfull because in the end, I think we are destined for some dirty tricks that will put Mr Angry Senile Man and (she deserves no "Ms") Yahoo Corrupt Chick in to office.

Back to things that really matter:
On my blog, I thought of posting the headline "Frequent updates about things you care about. Stay awhile." Unfortunately, this reeks of sarcasm and sounds more like "Infrequent updates about nothing you care about. Go away." and, really, who wants that as a headline.
Thanks for the link today, and don't stress. It looks like the grey skies are going to clear up. Put on a smiling face. Wipe off the clouds and cheer up. Bush screwed the human race..... but can't anymore because he is a lame duck. Is lame the right word? What about duck? I think duck sounds close to the word I'm looking for. Duck.... luck.... no.....friend......no. Some part of the beginning of the word "friend" but rimes with "duck". Oh.... ruck. No, but I'm getting close.
