Twist and shout.

I recently sprained my foot. I didn't sprain my ankle, it was my foot. I saw the doctor. I never see the doctor, but this time I did. It hurt a lot. He prescribed drugs. He didn't say how to get better, just the drugs. He told me they weren't narcotics. I went home and googled that all I needed was ice. I didn't buy the drugs. I can walk again. I only limp a little.
